Unless otherwise posted, the Annual Meeting is held in mid-April and Board meetings are mid-April and mid-October. New Board Members are selected as part of the Annual Meeting and Board Officers are selected in the Board Meeting held directly afterward. Budget and Assessments for the next year are determined at the October Board Meeting. Special Board Meetings can be as requested by the Members or Board per the Bylaws and Arizona Revised Statutes. There will be a “call to membership” prior to any Board vote. All Members are strongly encouraged to attend, and to familiarize themselves with each meeting’s minutes as updated on our website.
